Simple adjustment, wide application
FH Series Vibrating Feeder adopts Y3 series motor which is efficient and energy saving, and the frequency transformer is equipped to adjust the obliquity accurately. There is a pin structure in the spring support realizing adjustment from 0° to 15° which can satisfy the requirements of feeding and screening about different materials.

Amplitude is adjustable. FH Series Vibrating Feeder is equipped with a full range of EV Series Vibration Exciter. There are 5 kinds of vibration exciter from EV1-EV5 can be chose to change the vibration force by adjusting numbers of weights.

Anti-blocking bar with grand staircase
High screening probability. The bars with grand staircase has a high drop, which make the materials rolling during moving and touching the bars as soon as possible. Besides, interlaced bars increase the contact between materials and bars and the screening probability is increased.
Long service life. The bars, whose carrying capacity is much stronger, are made of ZGMn13-4 materials. The cross section of cam can make stratification between large grained and granule, and the friction between materials and bars can be reduced therefore the equipment has longer service life.
Avoid blocking up the sieve pore. It is effective to avoid blocking up the sieve pore because of the sieve pore with a shape of comb-finger and bars with high drops.
A feed box which can accommodate materials much more

Unique structure of motor cabinet
Adopting stone spring with the structure of tensioning, the equipment eliminates the effects that come from the vibrating of feed box on motor, and it takes advantages of long service life and low noise.
FH Series Vibrating Feeder’s dual eccentric shaft exciter generates excitation force. A gear pair-connects the two eccentric shafts, enables the shafts rotate to opposite direction with same speed. Through motor driving, the excitation force generated constantly, the material slides and bounces ahead to crusher on the feeder groove. When material go through the feeder’s grid bars, the smaller material will fall down through the gap between grid bars and be sent to next crushing process. It enables the feeder to pre-screen material and fully ensures the crushing plant’s high crushing efficiency and capability.
